Delete your account

You can delete your Turchi.uz account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

In the app. Open the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, go to Settings and tap "Delete account". The account is removed immediately after you confirm.

Without the app. If you cannot sign in, call +998 91 197 30 30 from your registered number or write to @encoder_uz on Telegram. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted. Your name, date of birth, gender, city, Telegram link, profile photo, sign-in sessions on every device, notification token, your conversation with the manager and your favourites list.

What is kept and why. Records of bookings you placed are kept for accounting and tax purposes. Such a record retains the name and phone number given at the time of booking, because they form part of the contract. This data is not used for marketing and is removed once the retention period required by law has passed.
